Unlike the resized/cut stretched display from 16:9 panels, ViviSign SH-N series use native stretched panels from BOE, AUO, CSOT and Innolux and they are made using native ultra-wide LCD masks to manufacture professional grade stretched panels.

Differences Between Resizing/Cutting Stretched LCD Panel and Native Stretched LCD Panel

The Conventional Cutting of LCD Displays to create stretched LCD often result in terrible flaws such as fragile and brittle screens as well as darkened images around the edges of the display. Resized/Cut LCD panel was not only costly and inefficient but even more importantly resulted in subpar product performance. Broken glass, fragile sealing, micro-cracks, light leakage were typical challenges that clients encountered with cut bar displays.

Native stretched bar LCD panels are made using native ultra-wide LCD Masks to manufacture professional grade stretched panels and are made to meet the same performance benchmark as the 16:9 LCD’s. Therefore ensuring the quality and reliability of the display after prolonged operation. As a result these stretched LCD screens will deliver clear crisp images and messages to your customers while in use.
